require you to change the setting on a manual boost controller. Find your leak. Be sure the caps are the right size. Recheck all the connections. Be sure the hoses on the IC's are clamped properly. I had one where I put the clamp too far away from the IC. The angle of the hose held it in place until boost reached 10 PSI then it acted like a BOV and the hose would leak because the clamp wasn't tightening on the neck of the IC. I found it by wiggling all the connections while doing the leak check. It didn't leak till I wiggled so it was a real beatch to find.
