Message compare to specs to see if it needs to be faced (almost always a good idea with used flywheel), and to make sure there is enough material..... In case you don't know, Fidanza has a one-piece surface. RPS, for instance, has a "segmented" design, which is more warp resistant. Most consider this better. The tendency to warp comes from having an aluminum flywheel with a steel mating surface for the clutch. Steel and aluminum expand at different rates when they get hot. ...... It really depends on how much you are paying for it, compared to new or compared to RPS. .... I think I paid $225 for a used RPS which did not need new segments. One problem with RPS is that, if you have to buy new segments, it's expensive. Hope this helps.
