Today i pulled my plugs and found that 1 out of the 6 didn't have the normal burn wear on the tip. in fact it was completely clean but wet with gas. i have a newly built motor and i'm in the break-in process. I'm concerned now cause i don't want to wash out that cylinder. my wideband is showing a very lean condition on that bank (#2 cylinder). my guess is that it is not getting a good spark and thats why it is not charred or burnt (not in the bad way). i ohmed tested the coil packs and they are all 0.9 to 1 ohms but that doesn't mean the coil is not bad itself. when i was driving it i didn't notice any real hesitation like it was only running on 5 cylinders but it does smell really rich out the exhaust and i do have a lot of popping when switching gears and letting of the gas. i haven't got on it yet cause i only have about 90 miles on the motor. are there any differences between a TT coil pack and a NA coil pack. i might just pick one up and try it out. any other opinions on what it might be. i also have new coil pack connectors on it and i will double check to see if it is wired up correctly. thanks and sorry for the long post.
