Message	if that is whats going on, if its very rich you will get black smoke from tail pipes, but only real way to tell is to use a wideband. The fuel smell could be a loose hose clamp in the engine bay, or an injector O-ring, unless you are smelling it directly from the tailpipe, are you getting any back fires?
