Do you have an ABS light on? ABS is a passive system...it doesn't apply the brakes. When your brakes warm up, the brake fluid expands, and must be able to bleed back into the master cylinder. Something is preventing this from happening. If the pushrod on your booster is adjusted incorrectly, the master cylinder piston may not return all the way, which would block the fluid from returning to the master cylinder.
