Subject	vacuum issue

Message	hey i got a quick question.i seafoamed my car the other day.i ran it through the vacuum lines under the throttle bodies and when i took the drivers side hose off the motor started to stumble but when i took the passenger side off nothing happen. should it be sucking in air?
