Subject	digital temp control question

Message	Seems as though the air blowing on the floor is always 20 degrees warmer that the other vents. Vent position doesnt matter. Does it with a/c, heat, or vent. Feels like the heater is always slightly on (on the floor air vent). I check the FSM and didnt find anything. I dont have a consult, so digital diagnostics are very difficult. I suspect a problem with an air door not closing on the heater core section, but cant quite tell. Can anyone give me any suggestions? Thanx
