Message	water in the oil. This can be tested at any auto shop for under $30. Also, are you losing water, (not including any boil over?) I wouldn't jump so soon to that ugly thought. ..... Descibe the conditions when it overheats, such as idleing, at certain speeds, with A/C on or off, etc. ..... If the fan clutch, radiator, or thermostat are not Nissan, that could be a problem, (except for known aftermarket radiators, like Howe). Fan clutches are notorious because it's hard for the average guy to diagnose by feeling it. Did you put in a 50/50 mix, not just water? Did anything happen "about a week ago", such as any part changes, etc? ...... That's all I can think of for the moment. Others will have ideas.
