on the end of the throttle shaft. on the drivers side of the plenum, right at the throttle body. there are several other components that are just as, or more likely to cause the problem. i know them by looks and functions, but i'm bad with names. just look up the parts that restrict air flow on the hose from the balance tube to the intake hose on the drivers side
