Message	Just checked it, and swapped it with a known good one. It's groovy. I noticed, though, that it was a 15A and the label said 10A. It also appeared to be a little melted on one side (albeit not burnt out). There's definitely a story here that I need to figure out. What's the best way to test to see if there's power getting to the horn? It should be getting 12V, right?
