ok long story shorter, i had my engine rebuild at pitstop performance in phx by vitaly. (great work again by the way) and i had the sport 500's installed, now she smokes a little bit, after some research and talking with JWT and some engine guru's. the culprit is the lack of cat's in the test pipes. my exhaust is all S.S. 2.5in. my down pipes are wrapped, cat-less test pipes, X pipe and some magnaflow mufflers out back. i was just gonna take my car to a shop and have the cat's installed on my test pipes, but i'm not sure if one brand is better than another or if it even mattered at all
