Subject	Idle/RPM issues

Message	When I'm coming to a stop and throw the car into neutral the rpms take a while to drop. Eventually it drops to idleish rpm, but it usually never drops to the same rpm it did at the last stop. I've checked for leaks already and concluded I have none. Anyone else had this problem or know what the solution is?
