Subject	hard starts in the morning. help!!

Message	hello Z drivers! i gotta a 90 na 5spd its got about 160km on it. every morning the first start of the day never goes well. it cranks and turns but never runs, unless i press the throttle and let it crank for 30seconds, sumtimes even longer. but once it starts it will keep starting, untill the next morning. does anybody know why? and there is blue smoke that sometimes comes out ,i dont know if its realated. thanks!
