Subject	Problems worsen after new plugs installed

Message	I have a 91TT, I installed a jim wolf pop air charger in it and since then its been running like its not getting enough fuel to compensate for the increase in air. Drove it a while and problems just got worse. it idles real rough and when you start out its really rough until you get on it and it would clear out and be perfect for a couple mins then come back. Changed my plugs, install the new E3s supposed to be really good. Took it for a drive and problems were worse, it never would clear out like it used to and when i got back it was smoking under the hood and smelt like burnt popcorn. Never heard of such thing until now. Anyone know what causes this? Thanks
