Perhaps the best way is to put a disclaimer that that users should be following the FSM at the same time. It is a great resource but there are a few small things missing such as the things you mentioned and smaller things like putting silicone gasket on the corners of the front cam journals.
Still it is a wicked tech page but it would be excellent to have a way to suggest/add changes like a wiki page or something.
