| I've powdercoated a few. Once you clean it out, make sure you get all the water/liquid out. It will hold a lot and it won't just pour outbecause of all the chambers/baffles. I let it back in the sun for at least a day. Sometimes I even throw it in the oven after it's been stripped and cleaned out to help dry it out as well. Any left over ps fluid left in the res while baking will cause a nice smoke show and not smell very good :) As far as masking it off I use the high temp plugs for the lower stuff, and high temp tape made for powdercoating on the upper opening. Tape it off and cut out the circle pattern to remove the extra.
