Subject	hard steer

Message	OK sometimes, more often in morning few minutes after I started driving the car, the steering becomes suddently hard to steer even at low speeds (fail safe mode) then I simply cut off the engine for 1 sec and put back on the ignition switch and everything is back to normal operation and I may dont have this problem again for the rest of the day.. Since it's a intermittent problem, does someones have had this kind of trouble before?? thanks
