Subject	power steering pump/rack question.

Message	a few weeks ago my Z started puking power steering fluid out of the reservoir when i would rev the motor. and the motor was acting like it was dragging. my first thought was the pump. after i cut the belt the motor perked back up. but i've never seen the fluid get vomited up like that before. any insight?
