| Guys I installed a set of good stock injectors into a customer car a few weeks ago and have been driving it around. For some reason, the injector o-rings have failed twice, on the passenger rear-most cylinder. The first failure occurred after an evening of test driving. The car started up leak free, and I checked out the tops of all injectors to ensure of no leaks. The next evening I started the car up and the injector was pouring fuel out the top (there was visible fuel dripping consistently down the back of the motor) I chalked this up to faulty installation (pinched an o-ring) however I always install using petroleum jelly on both o-rings and tighten the screws down in an even fashion. Out came the injector and I swapped in two different O-rings. All was good for ~200 miles while I broke the new clutch in. Over the last few days the O-rings had started leaking again, and eventually tonight fuel was again pouring out of the injector. I pulled the plenum off and got the injector out, both O-rings are messed up pretty good (the upper ring is significantly FUBAR)

I have 2 brand new O-rings im going to install tomorrow.....it almost looks like the O-rings are being overpressurized, however I've never seen one blow out at even 60+ psi (20lbs of boost) Any ideas?
