Message	silver part, they will roll up to where they are suppossde to sit. because it is such a tight fit, if you start with them placed where they go, they will not sit where they are suppossed to. i actually put all o rings on the put on top hat and screwed/tightned them down into place. you will never just be able to push them in with your fingers otherwise you wouldnt have a tight fit
