You need to purchase the program from Ash. I don't think you can just download the program and have it work. you need a user name and some "key" numbers that associate you with the program. but you'll need a serial to USB adapter to connect it to your laptop if your current laptop doesn't have a serial port. i haven't tuned with it yet...still breaking in my motor but it looks fairly simple but i'll still leave it up to the pros.
