Long story short, each time u went in there, it is a good idea to do a good cleaning of the parts that had oil exposure after ur turbo's orginally blew, especially if u still drive it here and there after they blew, there will be oil residue built up in intercooler piping. My advice based on what you provided.. Do the process of elimination.. Though it may seem like a pain, at least you will have peace of mind as u check things off the list.. Drop the exhaust as u said, and check for oil.. heck , clean it up if needs be, Are you running cats, or no? Some members have been known to start smoking when they remove there cats, even though they were not smoking b4.. and there cats were hiding it.. ~M.
