If using a NA tranny, you will need shim the starter. We also had a "grind" around the bellhousing to get the TT flywheel to fit. You will be using your NA harness with a boost controller to control the boost. Note, remove the wastegate boost controllers from the TT motor before you put it in. The radiator will have be replaced with a TT. you will need a TT Powersteering line, because the NA one goes outwards toward the intercooler piping whereas the TT one goes behind and around, you will see this once you get in there. Replace the mounts while your there. The downpipes will not connect to the NA Cats, i recommend getting the Ebay DP/Test pipe special, or if you want to feel special get a nicer set. Try to run a vacuum test PRIOR to installing the motor, and replace EVERY hose that you can. Otherwise your going to spend hours, spill blood, and cuss at your neighbor as you try to fix all the leaks that are bitch to get to.
Oh yea, you will need to reuse your Powersteering bracket (The heavy mofo) and pulley.
