Message	You should prob post this in the tech secton. A little bit of smoking without pre-cats or cats is to be expected. Mine really only does it when I first start the car after it has been sitting for a little bit, and it is visible but them seems to go away pretty quickly. I don't think popping sound is normal however. What size piping do you have? Perhaps you have too much backpressure. I have heard that test pipes can cause this. I have 2.5" pipe throughout, but also I am only Stage III.
