Message	have rusted and locked it up. Before you attempt to turn it over after sitting that long exposed to water i would pull the plugs and pour some marvel mystery oil in the cylinders and let it sit overnight then turn try to turn it over. I do not fear what the future holds for me, I am not afraid to die.
