Message	warning light on in the guage bezel. Maybe you have wiring issues. I dont want to insult you and try to say you dont know if the bulbs are burnt but just look at the wiring inside the bulb for any breaks and some times you can shake them and hear like a "sleigh bell" noise. I would imagine you could test the harness for the bulbs by sticking a multi meter in the plugs with it on volts and see if you get volts with them turned on but I want to make sure you do it safe so hopefully someone can tell you how to. Sorry I cant help more but the warning light concerns me so hopefully someone can help you more.
