Message	turbo and both sides of the water line ends? Maybe you have a burr or some imperfection that can be smoothed out. I've re-used those copper washers three times now without leaks. Shouldn't hard to get a good seal. Last dyno w/sport 600's 512 whp 470 lbs-tq On 93 octane @ 17psi GT2860RS.64 soon.... Best 1/4 mi on the old engine w/Sport 600's: 12.59 & 120mph on old steet tires Daily driver, 05 Titan KingCab Tow package, 2.5" lift kit.
