Message Is it normal for the TTZ to be slow to drop RPM's when you rev it up high, either in nuetral or during a high rpm speed shift?

For me, if at idle and I blip the throttle slightly (up to 3k or so) it drops back down to idle in a manner that I consider to be normal based on my experience with other cars.

But, if I rev it up higher, it gets increasingly slower to drop down. It almost seems to hang at the higher rpm and then slowly drop down until it gets into the 3,000 rpm range. I find it hard to do do a high rpm shift - when I accelerate with full throttle to 6,000rpm and try to shift it's hard to make it smooth because when I let off the gas the RPMS hang there for a second before they start to come down.

Would this indicate a problem with the recirc valves? Throttle butterflies?
