Subject	Still No Start

Message	Okay I took off the uper plenum and re instaled all of my vacuum hoses and it still will not start, then i tryed turning it over one more time to prim the injectors, after that i started to pull the spark plugs one by one. and i found that only two of them had fuel on them, but shouldnt they all have fuel. so my next question is are my fuel injectors bad?
