what I did was wrapped a chain wrench around the crank pulley (use one of the old belts to protect the surface of the pulley and wrap the chain around the old belt), I placed the chain wrench against something sturdy (I think it might have been something to do with the power steering). Then put a cheater bar over a breaker bar (about a 4 foot cheater bar), with no effort whatsoever the bolt broke loose. I did however spray it with liquid wrench and let it sit for an hour.
I didn't have anybody else with me and I didn't want ruin anything by using the "bump" method.
