Message before vibration, if it's a wheel bearing. If there's a constant "squeaking" noise you can drive slow, turning the steering wheel and listening for a decrease in the noise when you shift the weight, taking the load off the suspected bearing. If the noise has no change, it's probably a brake issue. You can also check the bearing by jacking up the suspected corner of the car and checking the play in the wheel with it in the air.

Sounds like a warped rotor. The rotor hub gets "tight" when you torque the wheel lugs down. It should not be "loose."
