but if your an AT guy like me your looking at replacing the torque converter for one with a higher stall limit. You've left a lot of details out tho which i'm going to yet again assume you have a boost controller w/ gain control, doolz intake, underdrive pulley, the exhaust works mentioned in the other replies, and timing tweaked just right. If you dont have the things mentioned start with accumulating those since those will all help in the low end. Try dialing your gain on your BC up a notch and see the response time.
