Message I am installing 95-96 injectors(new style) on a 1994 TT (old style) lower plenum. I have the stainless line set from coz.

I ordered the upper and lower o-rings for the new style injector and they appear to fit well in the rail

Am i I correct that I need the old style lower insulators and the new style upper insulators and that the upper insulators fit between the top of the injector and the bracket that hold them (injectors) in? The old style lower insulators I removed are almost an exact match to the new ones.

Also I got a torque spec of 6-8 ft*Lbs for the screws that hold the rails. Is this too little? Will it pinch easily with a higher torque?
