I'm not here to pinch potatoes with you, but I have a 95 ECU and I also have a 90/93 ECU and the amount of time the ECU's prime the fuel pump is definetly different and noticable. Might be a CAD thing, who knows :-)I'm not sure I understand your last statement. Are you saying you start your car, the rpms are approx 1100 and the vacuum is approx -13psi and your fuel pressure is correct? And then the idle comes down and vacuum increases and your fuel pressure falls to low? Or are you saying your idle and vacuum stay exactly the same and your fuel pressure falls? I know my FPR has an effect on the pressure at all levels. Even when I create more negative pressure than a normal idle creates, my fuel pressure follows it even lower than normal idle levels. There's another thread below where kkrofft (OH) mentions he tried 3 different FPR's and they all gave different results. Maybe even tho your FPR is new, it's just not working right? I guess you've come this far, you could try another new FPR or try an aftermarket adjustable one.
