Sounds like your running a 90-93? ECU program in your car. The intial prime to the fuel pump with a 95 ECU should be more like 3 seconds. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.Other than that, have you tested the fuel temp sensor? It only really controls the PRVR system but who knows. Also have you tested the fuel check valve? again neither should effect your pressure, but there both easy tests. I know how it feels to be at a dead end. I'm on day 900+ of a engine that only overheats at idle, and no closer to figuring it out than day 1
