| cause would be bad connectors at the PTU or CAS. Have someone turn the engine over while you carefully wiggle those connectors. If the engine suddenly fires up then your finger is on the problem. Pull the connectors apart, check for corrosion, clean them up, pack them with some dielectric grease. You may have to eventually check for spark and fuel pressure if the above doesn't work.
