| I drove the car today and risking my license for around 30 minutes of bombing around. With my controller set to off, the car boosts steady at 10PSI through 3rd, into 4th it spikes to about 12 for a split second and settles at 10PSI for the rest of the pull. With the controller on, regardless of duty setting the boost spikes and then slowly bleeds down to 10 PSI. I made varied runs through 3rd and 4th, higher duty cycle only results in a higher spike or peak before bleeding down. The user manual references using the F/B Speed setting if unstable or boost drop occurs. It fails to mention what values do what or anything that could be useful. BTW this happened after getting my car back with a new transmission and the EGR deleted and gutting the precats. The car seemed to be boosting a bit higher so I figured I should adjust the duty cycle. I did but can’t get it to re-enter the self learning mode. Before I made the change the display showed ***** for duty cycle although the bars for the RPM settings were still all the same height. Can anyone offer any help or suggestions? The car runs great now, I just can't get the boost controller set up right again. I previously had an occasional stall at idle issue that went away, I’m guessing because of the EGR delete.
