| hard to tell, passenger side I believe which would make that the nipple that leads to the EGR. The hose goes from the back side of that hardpipe to the EGR. Nothing special about that hose, just an insulated piece of vacuum tubing. Take the insulator off the hold hose, put in on a new piece of vacuum tubing and install.
