Message I gaped them as you guys have mentioned. IT Did not change. The issue is that even when i am in neutral and not boosting and i am reving up from 5000 to 6000 rpms it feels like its misfiring and you can hear pa, pa, pa pa, but only on 5 to 6 k range, and it doesnt do it every time but rather every other time. But why would it missfire at only that particular rpm?
another question the car is a 1994 tt, the ecu is 1994 , the Cas is 1994, ptu, but the engine is a 1990 with Olde style injectors, can any of that cause anything?
The turbos are the HKS old style with Dual Chamber actuators or waste gates, i have one side of them hooked up to the intake system and the back side of the chamber is not pluged anywhere, CAn that be the problem? but then i would understand if it would do it on boost but why in Neutral?????
i have spare mafs, ptus, cas, tommorow i will try changing out the ptu, to see if anything changes.
Could it be a Fuel pump or fuel pump controller issue? The injectors were rebuilt 10 k ago, maybe a bad rebuild? but they still ohm out perfectly.
