After checking an replacing numerous parts, including efi harness, ptu, aac valve, coil packs, battery, hoses, o2 sensors, and etc, the problem turned out to be a slowly failing spark plug!!!!!!!!!!! I was smelling something burning today while driving, and couple minutes later cyl no.2 died, did the balance test, swapped coils and still it would fire, injectors checked out ok, so I swapped the plug with the plug in cyl 1 and then cyl 2 would fire and 1 would not! Its unbeleivable that I never checked them first! They only had about 20,000k on them what could cause one to fail so soon?
