Subject	A/C recharging?

Message	is it possible to us to use the regulaer r134 refrigerant and recharge kit from an autozone. They say it is but cant find the plug in. i thought it was the one by the hicas but they say it is not. Nissan Manual says there is connections by the brake master cylinder but the directions show a nisan charging kit, obviously in which i do not have. I have ben searching but cant find anything specific on this heading. Anyone got a write up or info on how to get this done simply?
