Subject	Car wont start

Message	Hello, My car wont start. The battery is fully charged and the engine is turning over but not catching. The first 2 thoughts were fuel system or ignition system. When I turn the key into accessory I hear the fuel pump, so I do not feel the issues is the fuel pump. I checked the fuses and none that I have checked are blown. I was going to check the coil packs to see if the are getting power but I do not know which wires to check. there are 3 wires. Can anyone offer suggestions? I looked at the ignition relay, but I was not sure how to test if it was working properly. Any suggestions would be helpful. I have a spark plug checker, and plan to check them in the morning, but was hoping to get other suggestions. Thanks Victor
