Subject	Problem with HICAS light & radio when braking

Message	My radio keeps shutting off and on but only when pressed the brake on the car. The HICAS light would come on when I pressed in the brake to stop for a slit second. The radio would shut off/power on at the same time as the HICAS light came on. So I just tapped the brake pedal very lightly not enough to make the car stop even slightly just enough to make the brake lights come on and the radio would shut off/power on again and the HICAS light lit up for a second again. I put in a new battery and put in new battery cables and it is still doing it. I tested out the alternator at auto zone and it read fine. I do not know maybe one of the brushes in the alternator might be going bad or there is some kind of grounding issue going on? Please let me know if you might have some insight on what is going on. thanks
