I passed everything else, but the CO portion I failed. Miserably, by almost double. I have a freshly rebuilt engine (around 1200 miles since the build), no pre-cats, but I stuck the main cats back on for the test. I'm obviously running rich, but wondering if we have any emissions experts around here that can send me in the right direction.... I have 740 injectors, dual intake, single MAF, an ASH ecu, an SAFC II that is not correcting any air/fuel (just sitting there), no EGR, no AIV, no CC. I think I pretty well covered it.....if you have an idea shoot it at me. I see all sorts of CO2 failures in search, but I passed that portion... BTW, this is my LAST test before I never have to re-test the Z in IL again.
