Message	When the A/C is turned on the motor will vibrate. The A/C is blowing cold so I know it is working fine. Is the belt too tight? too loose? is there supposed to be a harmonic balancer for the A/C compressor? any experiences/help? Thanks in advance. <<< Slow in & Fast out >>>
