Subject	Speedometer is acting weird

Message	1992 300zxna 2+2. Sometimes when I'm driving my seppdometer stays at zero or will just drop autotmatically to zero. Whn that happens i notice my steering wheel feels hard, almost like it lost its power steering. Any ideas?
