Subject	Priming engine after rebuild

Message	I've cranked the engine for about a minute total, and no pressure yet. After trying that, I attached a shopvac to the oil filter tree, but no oil came out, then I also filled the oil filter with oil and cranked for maybe another 10 seconds. Should i keep cranking, or should i pressurize crankcase next? Also the oil line going to the driver side turbo is still dry.
