Message If using a stock crank pulley, a healthy cooling system should not allow an NA to overheat, even in AZ. Typically, an overdrive water pump pulley would only be recommended with an underdrive crank pulley due to cavitation concerns.

You might be able to get away with an OD WP pulley with a stock NA crank pulley, but you really shouldn't need one.
