Message	Hi All - I did the search and found out the VTC springss are a main cause for the knocking. Mine is a 96 and does not have the springs. Is there a chance that the intake cam gears are bad ? It is not the lifters/valves. We used a stetchescope and the noise is coming from the driver side behind the timing cover. Please advice.
