Message	i suggest you search and learn more about the procedures and surgeries i mentioned. that way you will know more about the pros/cons. egr is the exhaust gas recirculation valve common to most cars. plenum water lines are the useless waters lines that run under the plenum. they make future maintenance much easier and prevent unnecessary maintenance in the future when they fail as well as freeing up room in the engine bay.
